Aislamiento y purificación de hongos micorrícicos y bacterias locales susceptibles de generar un biofertilizante específico para mejora la calidad del vino.


La producción de hongos microrrícicos a gran escala permitirá disponer de una herramienta biológica, comercializable a nivel global, para combatir los efectos del cambio climático y aumentar la resiliencia de los cultivos vinícolas. Se trata de un procedimiento adaptable y escalable a otras zonas geográficas, que permitirá un desarrollo agrícola más sostenible al mismo tiempo que se produce uva de alta calidad a partir de la que elaborar vinos de alta complejidad, calidad y precio en el mercado.


Isolation and purification of mycorrhizal fungi and local bacteria capable of generating a specific biofertilizer to improve the quality of wine.


The large-scale production of mycorrhizal fungi will provide a biological tool, marketable globally, to combat the effects of climate change and increase the resilience of wine crops. This procedure is adaptable and scalable to other geographical areas, which will allow for more sustainable agricultural development while producing high-quality grapes from which to make wines of high complexity, quality and price in the market.
