EU CAP Network premises
The EU CAP Network premises are a space for networking and exchanges between stakeholders.
Networking events related to EU CAP Network activities can be held on-site. Requests must be submitted at contact@eucapnetwork.eu and are subject to approval by DG AGRI. You can also reach us by telephone at the following number: +32 (0) 2 548 12 87.
Six work-desks are available for experts’ attending events or meetings in Brussels. Our facilities also host the Communication and Events support team’s offices.
Meeting rooms set-ups
Explore our event space with a maximum capacity of 80 attendees in our largest room. The meeting rooms are divided between the ground floor and the first floor (accessible with an elevator). It is perfect for various types of events, from workshops requiring plenary and break-out sessions to smaller meetings. We offer modern facilities with interactive screens, videoconferencing, and audio equipment. For smaller groups, we can easily reduce the room thanks to soundproof moveable partitions. The EU CAP Network team welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The premises address is Avenue des Arts 9/bis, 1210 Brussels.
The entrance is located in the internal courtyard on the right.
