Digital rural development projects and finalists from RIA 2022 are the focus of a new series of videos from the European Broadband Competence Office network.
Digital rural development projects are the focus of a new series of videos from the European Broadband Competence Office (BCO) network. Each video features finalists from the Digital Futures category of the 2022 Rural Inspiration Awards (RIA).
The BCO network informs citizens and businesses about how to improve broadband connectivity in the EU rural areas. BCOs also provide guidance and support to local and regional authorities, telecom operators and all other public and private stakeholders regarding the deployment of broadband networks in their country/regions. This includes ways to invest effectively in broadband projects with the support of the Common Agricultural Policy.
