EIP-AGRI Focus Group Tropical crops: Final report

The EIP-AGRI Focus Group on Climate-smart (sub)tropical food crops in the EU discussed farming practices that increase the sustainability and resilience of farming systems that can help to make (sub)tropical cropping systems in the outermost regions of the EU and in continental Europe economically viable and more resilient to their environment, including climate change and market fluctuations. This report discusses the main conclusions of the Focus Group, and identifies future actions to improve climate-smart (sub)tropical crops.
