Objectives

Producers offer their residual products at the "Kromme Pollepel". Various parties are looking for opportunities to value the rest of the product. Knowledge and requirements are shared with new processors.
The kitchen is also available for rent to producers who want to process their own product themselves.
In this way, a stream of new (regional) products must start.

Objectives

Producenten bieden hun restproducten aan bij de “Kromme Pollepel”. Verschillende partijen gaan op zoek naar mogelijkheden ter verwaarding van het rest product. Kennis en eisen wordt met nieuwe verwerkers gedeeld.
De keuken is ook beschikbaar voor verhuur aan producenten die zelf hun eigen product willen verwerken.
Op die manier moet er een stroom van nieuwe (streek)producten  op gang komen.

Activities

The project is aimed at the development of professional test facilities for product development and innovation for producers who want to process their second class vegetables, fruit, eggs. This processing leads to distinctive (regional) products with added, in which, moreover, new trends such as health, pure and recognisability are taken into account.

Het project is gericht op het ontwikkelen van professionele testfaciliteiten voor productontwikkeling en innovatie voor producenten die hun tweede klasse groente, fruit, eieren willen verwerken. Die verwerking leidt tot onderscheidende (streek)producten met toegevoegde waarbij bovendien op nieuwe trends zoals gezondheid, puur en herkenbaarheid wordt ingespeeld.

Kontext

10 % fruit en andere grondstoffen wordt niet gebruikt voor consumptie en leid tot voedsel verspilling.
