Objectives
The aim of the project is the development, testing, technical optimization and creation of application recommendations of alternative measures of haulm desiccation in potatoes in conventional and ecologic production. In ecologic potato production existing problems with thermic-mechanic desiccation are in focus, in conventionell production the ending permission of Deiquat (Reglone). Two new methods should be adapted: the ElektroSiKa-system, a new method using electrical power, and a methodusing Haulm pluckers/ root cutters.
Objectives
Im Projekt geht es um die Entwicklung, Erprobung, technische Optimierung und die Erstellung von Anwendungsempfehlungen für alternative Verfahren zur Krautminderung bei Kartotoffeln im konventionellen sowie im ökologischen Anbau. Damit soll reagiert werden auf die im ökologischen Anbau bestehenden Probleme mit mechanisch-thermischen Maßnahmen und die 2019 auslaufende Zulassung des Pflanzenschutzmittels Deiquat (Reglone) im konventionellen Anbau. Insbesondere zwei Methoden sollen im Projekt für die Krautminderung angepasst werden: das ElektroSiKa Verfahren, ein neuartiges Verfahren zur Sikkation durch elektrischen Strom, sowie ein Gerät zum Krautrupfen/Unterschneiden.
