Objectives

Development of seed mixtures from autochthonous insect-promoting wild plants for high-quality planting in flower strips and field margins. In the long term, a site-robust and climatically adaptable seed with high growth potential, which has positive effects on plant health, yield stability and quality as well as phytosanitary effects on the soil, should be available in its region.

Entwicklung von Saatgutmischungen aus autochthonen insektenfördernden Wildpflanzen für die fachlich hochwertige Pflanzenausstattung in Blühstreifen und Feldsäumen. Langfristig soll ein standortrobustes und klimatisch anpassungsfähiges Saatgut mit hohem Aufwuchspotential, welches positive Wirkungen die Pflanzengesundheit, Ertragsstabilität und -qualität sowie phytosanitäre Wirkung auf den Boden zeigt, in seiner Region zur Verfügung stehen.

Activities

Wildflowers are to be propagated locally and ecologically in multiple generations. Furthermore, interactions between cultivated and native wild plants will be considered.

Activities

Wildblumen sollen in vielfacher Generationenfolge lokal und ökologisch vermehrt werden. Weiterhin sollen Wechselwirkungen zwischen Kultur- und heimischen Wildpflanzen betrachtet werden.
