The website https://www.landwirtschaftskammer.de/landwirtschaft/landentwicklung/urban/mitmachen/projekt/index.htm was launched for agricultural and horticultural businesses. All interested parties will find a comprehensive range of information on the various models of participatory agriculture.
An interactive decision-making tool shows interested farms the options for choosing a model. If there is a concrete interest in conversion, local advice should be sought. The results of a farm survey can be found on the “Farm portraits” page. The company portraits serve to provide orientation and to collect so-called “stumbling blocks”, which can only be gained from the experience of practical implementation.
In both participating farms, a participatory farming model has been introduced and readjusted during operation. At the Steiger vegetable farm, a self-harvesting subscription scheme was initiated, and at the Rönn fruit farm, a solidarity farming scheme based on fruit was introduced.
In addition to the initial situation in the Cologne-Bonn area, there is an educational film that explains the two models on the farms in more detail and includes another model, the Marktschwärmer, in the expanded repertoire of participating farms. This educational film is designed for students at the FH Soest.
Für landwirtschaftlichen und gartenbaulichen Betriebe wurde die Internetseite https://www.landwirtschaftskammer.de/landwirtschaft/landentwicklung/urban/mitmachen/projekt/index.htm ins Leben gerufen. Alle Interessierten finden hier ein umfangreiches Informationsangebot über die verschiedenen Modelle der partizipativen Landwirtschaft.
Eine interaktive Entscheidungshilfe zeigt Möglichkeiten der Modellwahl für interessierte Betriebe auf. Bei einem konkreten Interesse an einer Umstellung sollte dann die örtliche Beratung genutzt werden. Die Ergebnisse einer Betriebsbefragung finden sich auf der Seite „Betriebsportraits“. Die Betriebsportraits dienen der Orientierung und der Sammlung von sogenannten „Stolpersteinen“, die nur aus der Erfahrung der praktischen Umsetzung gewonnen werden können.
In beiden teilnehmenden Betrieben ist jeweils ein Modell der partizipativen Landwirtschaft eingeführt und während des laufenden Betriebes nachjustiert worden. Auf dem Gemüsebaubetrieb Steiger wurde eine Abo-Selbsternte initiiert, auf dem Obsthof Rönn eine Solidarische Landwirtschaft basierend auf Obst.
Hinzu kommt ein Lehrfilm, der neben der Ausgangssituation im Köln-Bonner Raum die beiden Modelle auf den Betrieben näher erläutert und ein weiteres Modell, die Marktschwärmer, mit in das erweiterte Repertoire der teilnehmenden Landwirtschaft aufnimmt. Dieser Lehrfilm ist für die Studierenden an der FH Soest konzipiert.
