The objective of this activity is to implement an in vivo animal classification system in pure breed associations and commercial beef farms. For this purpose, a scoring questionnaire was developed for the morphological assessment of the animals based on parameters of muscle development, skeletal development, functional aptitudes and other indicators of the IBOVAL system. Subsequently, morphological assessments of the animals from the different associations were carried out using this system. All the information generated was integrated into the GESVAC platform
El objetivo de esta actividad es implementar un sistema de clasificación de animales in vivo en ganaderías de asociaciones de raza pura y animales comerciales. Para ello se desarrolló un cuestionario del tipo de puntaje para la valoración morfológica de los animales basado en parámetros de desarrollo muscular, desarrollo esquelético, aptitudes funcionales y otros indicadores del sistema IBOVAL. Posteriormente se relizaron las valoraciones morfológicas de los animales de las diferentes asociaciones mediante dicho sistema. Toda la información generada se integró en la platafoorma GESVAC
