1. Example solution for the farmer's data warehouse
The data warehouse implemented in the project allows for the collection of data from various farm data sources, as well as the management of one's own data assets, and the sharing or licensing of data to different parties through the connected data mediation service. The solution was tested and proven to work through practical trials, making it a foundation for commercial implementations.
2. Automatic data transfer to the data warehouse
The example solution implemented in the project, utilizing the standardized EFDI service, enables the automatic transfer of work files from machinery to the farmer's own data warehouse via the data mediation service. Similarly, it allows for the automatic and wireless downloading of work files produced by the FMIS system to the machinery. This implementation is the first of its kind in Europe.
3. Implementation example of a selective harvesting plan (harvest map)
This implementation supporting selective harvesting is based on crop data collected from multiple data sources and analyzed with the help of artificial intelligence. The harvest map assists the farmer in performing the harvest so that grain batches representing different quality levels can be harvested into their own bins, thereby obtaining a yield corresponding to the actual value of the grain batches. Without this innovative solution, the yield from the grain harvest would be determined by the lowest quality.
