Kontext
From the research done till now, the black chokeberry, a species with high market demand, has seen poor results in the multiplication by classical methods: seeds, cuttings. The solution identified by GO members is made up of several elements that are represented by: 1. In vitro multiplication of the species, has proven to be the best multiplier method; 2 the use of a performing variety in the present Merlom variety 3. shortening the time of plant production by conducting the rooting of in vitro cuttings simultaneously with acclimatization (rooting-acclimatization in vivo) and application of ecological nutrition and protection technological sequences with monitoring influence factors (temperature, humidity, nutritional requirement). Starting from the ones presented in the implementation of this long-term project will meet important requirements:- the traceability of the products obtained in the present case of the planting material of aronia;-dimensioning production of seedlings according to requirements; -use of a valuable variety and of the latest technical knowledge, application of ecological sequences that will allow the elimination of the use of chemical synthesis pesticides, The project proposal ends with the achievement of top scientific and technological results, impacting at the level of the economic agents, which will increase the competitiveness of the Romanian fruit
Objectives
Efficiency of the production of black chokeberry (A melanocarpa) by implementing some ecological sequences in micropropagation process. The project will solve a important problem, ensure the technical-scientific standards and their application in the obtaining of products with a high demand on the market: planting material of black chokeberry. The partners propose the transfer of in vitro propagation technology and rooting - acclimatization, in vivo, fortification with ecologic sequences for Melrom high production variety
Activities
1 . Establishment of project-solution design guidelines. Making investments - by nature of the equipment. 2. Create a WEB project page; Project Opening Conference. 3. Establishment of aronia modules. 4. Diseminating results-popularization works; manifestation, "Day of open gates". 6. Applying established solutions. 6.Diseminating results. Organization of seminars. 7. Dissemination results. Project Closing Conference. Will be tset up two aronia multiplication pilot modules with application of organic sequences in the acclimatization / rooting and fortification phase , with the monitoring of the factors: environment, nutrition.

The regeneration of explants into viable shoots was over 80% on media consisting of macroelements, microelements, amino acids and basic vitamins with a hormonal balance consisting of: 0.1 mg/l GA3 (gibberellic acid) + 1.0 mg/l BAP (benzylaminopurine) + 0.1 mg/l AIB/ANA (Indolylbutyric acid). Fe EDTA, agar and sucrose were added to the culture media. The multiplication yield is an average of 10 shoots per bush, for a total of 5 subcultures, on media consisting of macroelements, microelements, vitamins, basic amino acids with a hormonal balance consisting of: 0.1 mg/l GA3 (gibberellic acid) + 1.0 mg/l BAP (benzylaminopurine) + 0.1 mg/l AIB/AIA (Indolylbutyric acid). Variants with other hormone balances were also made, but a lower multiplication yield was obtained. Rooting on the established medium formula was 81%. The hormonal balance was composed of: 0.1 mg/l GA3 (gibberellic acid) + 0.7 mg/l AIB (indolylbutyric acid).
Obtaining improved technologies that refer in particular to the production of planting material in limited spaces: in vitro cultures and in protected spaces cultures in containers (pots), ensures the increase of the reproduction capacity of some species. The production of propagating material in the private sector will complement the structure of private nurseries, which will result in a continuous flow throughout the year, which ensures the permanence and qualification of workers
►Establishment at RIFG Pitesti of a pilot module for micropropagation of black currant; ►Transfer from RIFG Pitesti to SC Landcor Agro SRL of the in vitro propagation protocol for the Melrom variety, stages: regeneration, multiplication, rooting and of a batch of in vitro plants; ►Implementation of the Enten monitoring system of environmental factors in the modules from RIFG Pitesti and SC Landcor Agro SRL; ►Training for the application of precision monitoring in the two pilot models created.
We want to develop technology, services and new products that have a major socio-economic impact. The quality-price ratio, the quantity and the quality of the obtained plants will be clearly superior to the one obtained until the implementation of the project results. Increasing the quality of planting material will make it possible to approach new markets. Through the expertise acquired following the realization of the project, the producers of planting material on the national and international market, will have access to special technologies for the production of plants in organic farming system, these being more and more sought after by consumers.
