Latest website features

New features of the EU CAP Network website include a dedicated section for good practice CAP-funded projects organised by the CAP Implementation Contact Point as well as a comprehensive library of publications.

Some 844 new examples of good practice CAP-funded projects are available now on the website’s database. These reflect the CAP’s broad socio-economic and environmental focus and include examples such as improving food security and agricultural productivity, helping tackle climate change and promoting sustainable management of natural resources, maintaining rural areas by supporting jobs and services. New good practice examples will continue to be published regularly to help demonstrate and inspire CAP-funded projects that contribute to the CAP’s specific objectives.

Our new publications library in the Resource section of the EU CAP Network website has recently been updated to include documents from the old ENRD, including the Evaluation Helpdesk, and EIP-AGRI websites. The publication section of the EU CAP Network’s website also now contains all our latest reports, brochures and other documents - such as a factsheet released in June that was produced by the CAP Implementation Contact Point Thematic Group (TG) Landscape Features and Biodiversity. This provides user-friendly advice and information about designing successful schemes to promote the maintenance, restoration and creation of landscape features.

Another of the new publications online will interest LEADER stakeholders. This stems from earlier work by a TG centred on Making the seven LEADER principles work in practice for all LAGs under the CAP Strategic Plans. The newly published TG paper sets out key considerations (with brief examples from Members States) for enabling the successful implementation of the seven LEADER principles for all LAGs (as outlined under Articles 31 and 33 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060).

Keep an eye on the website’s publications library for all the new useful material from the CAP Implementation Contact Point, the Support Facility for Innovation and Knowledge exchange including EIP-AGRI and the European Evaluation Helpdesk for the CAP.
