Call for input: carbon farming methodologies

Experts in carbon farming practices, the Directorate General for Climate needs your help.

If you are an expert practitioner of carbon farming, DG CLIMA is asking for your input for a survey, in preparation for the Meeting on Carbon Farming Methodologies on the 21 and 22 of June.

The survey is a comprehensive overview of existing certification methodologies for carbon farming practices. These practices are evaluated along the QU.A.L.ITY criteria, which stands for Quantification, Additionality, Long-term storage, and SustainabilITY.

They are seeking technically-informed responses to address challenges behind the four QU.A.LITY criteria. If you wish to contribute your expert knowledge, please take this survey by 5 May 2023.
