The 4th National Networks (NN) Meeting, organised by the EU CAP Network jointly with the Lithuanian National Network, introduced a new methodology: the Networking Hackathon. This format aimed to foster collaboration and the development of innovative ideas and solutions by National Networks.

Participants were divided into teams, each working on specific topics identified. Each team created and presented a proposal to enhance the performance of National Networks' tasks related to specific topics. The jury and participants selected two winning proposals.

Main objectives of the meeting

Foster the creation of innovative proposals for enhancing the performance of National Networks’ tasks related to enhanced cooperation with other networks, effective communication, innovation and AKIS, evaluation, simplification, and young people in rural areas.
Offer opportunities for networking and cooperation among National Networks.
Provide facilitation tools and techniques for events.
