Agroforestry has the power to improve biodiversity and soil health, cut carbon emissions and produce healthy nutritious food and sustainable timber.
It is a set of practices of combining agricultural crops or livestock with trees and shrubs. There are many different types of agroforestry, including:
- Hedgerows
- Shelterbelts & windbreaks
- Alley-cropping
- Wood pasture
- Woodland & Orchard Grazing
- Food forests
Over 30 sessions, 120 speakers, farm walks, demonstrations and an after party!
