European CAP Network’s Assembly
The Assembly is the main governance body of the EU CAP Network and sits alongside the Steering Group. It meets annually to provide strategic direction, guidance, and advice to the work of the EU CAP Network by highlighting emerging issues and important topics in agriculture and rural development for the 2023-2027 programming period.
The Assembly gathers up to 200 members representing various stakeholder groups.
The Assembly currently has three permanent subgroups working on the following themes:
- Subgroup on LEADER and territorial development (SoLTD);
- Subgroup on innovation and knowledge exchange (SoIKE); and
- Subgroup on CAP Strategic Plans (SoCSP).
The Assembly adopted Rules of procedures at the 2nd meeting on 5 December 2023.
Assembly meetings
