EIP-AGRI Focus Group on Fertiliser efficiency - Horticulture: Starting Paper

The starting paper has been developed to facilitate the work of the Focus Group Fertiliser efficiency - Focus on horticulture in open field, in its first meeting in Alicante on 3 and 4 June 2014. This starting paper first explains the challenge, and collates the available information at the start of the Focus Group. It then details the preparatory work done by the experts before the first meeting of the group and the themes to be discussed during the first meeting.
