Objectives
TECNOLIVE is a project that arose from the initiative of the OLEOTEC Operational Group that aims to integrate the entire value chain of extra virgin olive oil production, from the field to the final consumer, seeking to achieve an oil with exceptional physical-chemical and organoleptic characteristics through the development of an information system that uses artificial intelligence to provide useful information that allows farmers to make decisions about the optimal time to harvest according to the variety of olive in their area, thus maximizing the relationship between product quality and oil production.
Objectives
TECNOLIVE es proyecto que surge a iniciativa del Grupo Operativo OLEOTEC que pretende integrar toda la cadena de valor de la producción del aceite de oliva virgen extra, desde el campo hasta el consumidor final, buscando lograr un aceite con características físico-químicas y organolépticas excepcionales mediante el desarrollo de un sistema de información que utiliza inteligencia artificial para proporcionar información útil que permita al agricultor tomar la decisión sobre el momento óptimo de recolección de acuerdo a la variedad de aceituna en su zona de modo que permita maximizar la relación calidad del producto y producción de aceite.
Activities
The activities developed within the framework of the TECNOLIVE project can be divided into two large groups:
- Product research: Characterization of olives and oils from different cultivars, including sampling of olives throughout the campaign, laboratory testing, and infrared performance analysis.
- Digital development: Application development that includes analysis of the data collection system, definition of KPIs, design of the analysis system, development of the integration method, and incorporation of the artificial intelligence system.
Activities
Las actividades desarrolladas en el marco del proyecto TECNOLIVE se pueden dividir en dos grandes grupos:
- Investigación sobre el producto: Caracterización de aceitunas y aceites de diferentes cultivares, incluyendo la realización de muestreos de aceitunas a lo largo de la campaña, realización de ensayos en laboratorio, y análisis de rendimiento por infrarrojos.
- Desarrollo digital: Desarrollo de aplicación que incluye el análisis del sistema de recogida de datos, la definición de KPIs, el diseño del sistema de análisis, el desarrollo del método de integración, y la incorporación del sistema de inteligencia artificial.
