Objectives

To design and implement a collaborative digital platform that facilitates the orientation and necessary to motivate the incorporation of young people to the agrarian activity, likewise, for those young people already incorporated. This platform will allow them to improve their economic results and the environmental and social sustainability of their farms. 
It will also allow the exchange of experiences, host the necessary information for young people who join, offer exchange of information with those consolidated farms of reference, as well as training in physical and face-to-face.  
 

Activities

Collaborative space design: information source analysis, focus group, connectivity development
Development of gamification processes: didactic manuals, annual competition to award the most innovative project.
Visit of young farmers to reference farms 
Development of tools that allow monitoring and support for young people: field notebook, optimized diets, optimized fertilization...
Dissemination activities: banners, conferences, interviews, meetings of young farmers.
Activities to promote the use of renewable energies.

El proyecto surge de la necesidad detectada de prestar más atención a los jóvenes que se incorporan a la actividad agraria –son nuestro futuro- y por ello deben tener todo el apoyo necesario de las instituciones y organizaciones para que la incorporación culmine en éxito. 
Además, pretende ser un canal de comunicación constante entre los agricultores jóvenes, y la base dónde encuentren la información y formación necesaria (experiencias, información fiscal, contable, normativa…) para la gestión de sus explotaciones. 
Asimismo, el proyecto ofrecerá una imagen del sector agrario a la sociedad, de sector rentable, eficiente y diversificado y sostenible.
