1 Practice Abstracts
The project seeks to implement new control and biosecurity measures on pig farms against the PRRS virus, that is why, it is fully related to the search for improved health status of the farm, and of the animals in particular. This improvement in animal health will be achieved by reducing contamination and spread of the PRRS disease within the farm, but also its dissemination between farms in the area or related in the production cycle ortransport tasks.
El proyecto busca implementar nuevas medidas de control y de bioseguridad de las granjas porcinas frente al virus PRRS, por lo que está totalmente relacionado con la búsqueda de la mejora del estado sanitario de la explotación, y de los animales en particular. Esta mejora de la sanidad animal se va conseguir al reducir la contaminación y difusión de la enfermedad del PRRS dentro de la explotación, pero también su diseminación entre explotaciones de la zona o relacionadas en el ciclo de producción o tareas de transporte.
