Projecto Matéria
Matéria is a non-profit project developed by chef João Rodrigues, executive chef in Feitoria Restaurant(1*Michelin) in Lisbon, that aims to promote national producers with good agricultural practices and animal production concerning nature and the environment, as fundamental elements of Portuguese culture.
Matéria Project is financed by Tourism of Portugal and is institutionally supported of the National Unesco National Committee.
O Matéria é um projecto sem fins lucrativos, desenvolvido pelo chefe João Rodrigues, chefe executivo do restaurante Feitoria (1* Michelin), em Lisboa, que pretende promover os produtores nacionais com boas práticas agrícolas e produção animal em respeito pela natureza e meio ambiente, enquanto elementos fundamentais da cultura portuguesa. O Projecto Matéria é financiado pelo Turismo de Portugal e com o apoio institucional da Comissão Nacional da Unesco.
