2 Practice Abstracts
L’objectif est d’améliorer l’accompagnement des porteurs de projets agricoles innovants afin de sécuriser leur installation.
En effet, parmi les porteurs de projet qui sont de plus en plus nombreux à être Non Issus du Milieu Agricole (NIMA), nous identifions de plus en plus de projets « innovants » tels que : 1) les installations en collectif (qui innovent tant dans leur forme juridique que dans leur organisation du travail) ; 2) en pluriactivité : c’est-à-dire avec une activité parallèle à leur activité agricole) 3) les installations de femmes qui se développent aujourd’hui tout en rencontrant de nombreux freins ; 4) des personnes en reconversion qui n’ont pas de diplôme agricole.
The aim is to improve support for people with an agricultural project in order to secure their installation. In fact, among the growing number of project leaders who are not from a farming background, we are identifying more and more "innovative" projects, such as: 1) collective installations (which are innovative both in their legal form and in the way they organize their work); 2) pluriactivity: i.e. with an activity running in parallel to their farming activity); 3) installations by women, which are on the increase but face many obstacles; 4) people undergoing professional retraining who do not have an agricultural diploma.
Target audience for the results of this project: project leaders, farm sellers, accompanying persons, local authorities…
Expected results :
- document analyzing the range of support programs offered by structures other than ours
- building and testing one or many individual support program(s). Summary sheet of the results of this action.

This training program, which has been tested in other French regions for the past 12 years, lasts one year. It includes a fifteen days theoretical training course, an internship over an entire production cycle, as well as individual support from a facilitator and a referent farmer. The training is tailored to the new profiles, who still need to build up their confidence, farming experience and entrepreneurial skills. The training will also facilitate their integration into the region and their access to land by setting up a local support group.

Cette formation, qui est expérimentée depuis 12 ans dans d’autres territoires français, dure une année. Elle comporte une formation théorique d’une quinzaine de jours, un stage sur tout un cycle de production, et un accompagnement individuel par un animateur mais aussi un paysan référent. Cette formation est adaptée aux nouveaux profils qui doivent encore gagner en confiance, en pratique agricole et en compétences entrepreneuriales. La formation permettra aussi de faciliter leur intégration au territoire et leur accès au foncier via la mise en place d’un groupe d’appui local.
