Sustainable forest use by cultivating previously mainly imported functional fungi on domestic forest land, managed with an IoT-based production platform, in line with EIP objectives: The aim of the project is to implement a bioeconomy that has not yet been used in Lower Saxony as a further development of the food and forestry sector, with improved protection of resources, in particular through cooperation between forestry, food start-up and data specialists.
Nachhaltige Waldnutzungsmöglichkeit durch die Kultivierung von bisher hauptsächlich importierten, funktionellen Pilzen auf heimischen Forstflächen, gemanagt mit einer IoT-basierten Produktionsplattform. gemäß EIP-Zielen: Ziel des Projektes ist die Implementierung einer in Niedersachsen bisher nicht angewandten Bioökonomie als Weiterentwicklung der Ernährungs- und Forstwirtschaft bei verbessertem Ressourcenschutz, vor allem durch die Zusammenarbeit von Forstwirtschaft, Food-Startup und Datenspezialisten.
