Objectives

The use of tillage systems adapted to the conditions of the area has great importance for the cultivation of silage maize. In addition to the agro-ecological conditions of our country, we aim to apply moisture-saving systems, which help to reduce drought damage during the growing season. It is necessary to determine the physical state of the soil, to map the soil and to perform the GIS tasks based on it.

Objectives

A silókukorica termesztés szempontjából nagy jelentőséggel bír a termőhelyi körülményekhez alkalmazkodó talajművelési rendszerek alkalmazása. Hazánk agroökológiai adottságai mellett cél a nedvességtakarékos rendszerek alkalmazása, melyek segítségével a tenyészidőszakban kialakuló aszálykárok mérséklése a célunk. A talaj fizikai állapotának meghatározására, talajtérképezésre, és az erre épülő térinformatikai feladatok elvégzésére van szükség.

1 Practice Abstracts

The project examines silage maize cultivation and harvesting, which is carried out by farmers on about 81,000 hectares in Hungary, but the results can easily be adapted to other maize fields which is 26% of the Hungarian sown area. The comparative results obtained from precision farming data, the development information generated by the project, covers the major part of arable crop production and harvesting. The new alternative silage maize cultivation and harvesting results are expected to significantly improve both quality and quantity (by minimizing losses).

A projekt a silókukorica termesztés és betakarítást vizsgálja, amelyet Magyarországon mintegy 81 000 ha-on folytatnak a gazdák, de az eredmények könnyen adaptálhatóak a többi kukoricára, azaz a magyarországi vetésterület 26%-ára. A precíziós gazdálkodási adatok alapján kapott összehasonlító eredmények, a projekt által generált fejlesztési információk a szántóföldi növénytermesztésnek és betakarításának legjelentősebb részét lefedik. Az új, alternatív siló kukorica termesztési és betakarítási eredményektől azt várjuk, hogy jelentősen javul mind a minőség, mind a mennyiség (veszteségminimalizálással).
