LAG profile management
LAG managers, this page has been designed for you!
If you have received our email invitation to join our website and manage your Local Action Group (LAG) profile, you will find in this section all the guidance you need to log in, manage your LAG profile and enrich it with additional information.
Additionally, you will be able to upload your Transnational Cooperation (TNC) offers and inform users that you are actively looking for partners. By sharing your TNC offers through your LAG profile you allow others to contact you and establish partnerships with your LAG.
Please bookmark this page and visit it whenever you want to log in and access your LAG profile by clicking on the button below.
If you are a LAG manager, your LAG is featured in the LAG Directory, but you haven’t received our invitation to join the platform and take ownership of your LAG profile, please contact us at leader@eucapnetwork.eu.

By default, all LAG managers in the EU CAP Network’s LAG Directory can access their specific LAG profile upon receiving an invitation email and a specific link to log in. You must use the same email address to which the invitation was sent! The system cannot authenticate you when trying to log in using a different email address. If another LAG employee (for example, assistant administrator, etc.) needs to be granted access, the LAG manager must request this by sending an email to the EU CAP Network at leader@eucapnetwork.eu.
-
The detailed steps to log in to a LAG profile are described in the ‘LAG Directory – LAG manager user guide’ available in the LAG management section.
-
LAG managers (and other authorised LAG staff) can access, add and modify additional information in the LAG profiles. This includes information about the LAG strategy, the LAG territory, links to videos and other external content related to the LAG, cooperation offers and additional contacts e.g. for cooperation or a specific thematic activity.
-
Basic data about the LAGs has been provided by the Managing Authority of each Member State or automatically imported from the SFC (System for Fund Management), an electronic data exchange system for official information between the Member States and the European Commission. These data include the national LAG code, main fund, main programme, population covered, municipalities covered by the LAG, number of members in the LAG decision-making body and basic contact details (i.e. LAG website, address, social media, phone and main LAG email). These basic details cannot be changed or updated by LAG managers. To request any update of the basic data, LAG managers need to contact their Managing Authority and copy leader@eucapnetwork.eu in their communication. The changes to the basic data will be introduced after the Managing Authority and the EU CAP Network have validated the request.
