FEUGA conference: Innovation for animal and human welfare

On 9 March 2023, FEUGA is organising an event focused on innovation in the agri-food sector, presenting the results of different EIP-AGRI Operational Groups focused on animal and human wellbeing. Topics include reducing the use of antimicrobials to avoid resistance, and initiatives to develop protein-rich ingredients as an alternative to soy, for animal diets.

The Operational Groups that will be focused on are TIRAC, MICOALGA-FEED, and PROTEINLEG.

The event will allow participants to learn more about these innovative projects and their results, to stay updated on innovation opportunities and policies, and to interact with a large number of entities and explore possibilities for collaboration that may lead to new projects and initiatives.

The event is free to attend, but registration is required. The possibility of connecting online will be offered to those who cannot attend the event in person.
