Implementation of the LEADER approach for rural development

This special report of the European Court of Auditors overviews the implementation of the LEADER approach for rural development.  The analysis set much of the framwork for changes introduced in the 2014-2020 Regulations and highlighted key weaknesses in LEADER implementation.
