Objectives

-Value a by-product resulting from farms -Address the preparation of phytosanitary products of natural origin (fungicides and/or growth stimulants) from said residues

-Give a greater economic, social and environmental impact to an important competitive sector (essence industry) in Castilla-La Mancha in the use of native aromatic plant varieties, as well as the economic recovery and subsequent commercialization of their RSD

-Develop a new automated system on a pilot scale (adaptable to an industrial scale) for the extraction of bioactive compounds from RSD, using more efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly techniques.

Use of solid residues from distillation of aromatic plants to obtain phenolic compounds with fungicidal and/or biostimulant activities to control garlic cultivation
