The objective of the project is to offer innovative technologies (superfluid extraction and microencapsulation) regarding the capitalization of agri-food products and by-products. Following the implementation, the members of the cooperative will be provided with the technologies, the implementation method and all the know-how necessary for their implementation. The main results are:
1) Identification of problems at the level of partner 1 (farmer) regarding the capitalization of by-products from fruit processing
2) Development and optimization at pilot level of the supercritical CO2 extraction technique for the capitalization of by-products from the fruit sector
3) Physical and phyto-chemical investigation of the extracts obtained at pilot level in order to quantify qualitatively and quantitatively the biologically active compounds that will be the main source in obtaining functional composites by micro and nanoencapsulation
4) Development of cost-effective, reproducible encapsulation methods for biologically active compounds.
5) Evaluation of the stability and bioavailability of bioactive compounds in the extracts and powders with added value obtained and validation of encapsulation technologies.
6) Development of at least two innovative technologies for obtaining value-added food products and their patenting.
7) Technology transfer in the operational group.

Obiectivul proiectului este acela de a oferi tehnologii inovatoare (extractie superfluidica si microincapsulare) privind valorificarea produselor si subproduselor agroalimentare. In urma implementarii, membrilor cooperativei li se vor pune la dispozitie tehnologiile, modul de implementare si tot knowhow-ul necesar pentru punerea lor in practica. Principalele rezultate sunt:
1) Identificarea problemelor la nivelul partenerului 1 (fermier) privind valorificarea produsele secundare de la prelucrarea fructelor 
2) Dezvoltarea si optimizarea la nivel pilot a tehnicii de extractie cu CO2 supercritic pentru valorificarea subproduselor din sectorul pomicol 
3) Investigarea fizico si fito-chimica a extractelor obtinute la nivel pilot cu scopul cuantificarii calitative si cantitative a compusilor biologic activi ce vor constitui principal sursa in obtinerea de compozite functionale prin micro si nanoincapsulare 
4) Dezvoltarea de metode de incapsulare cost-eficiente, reproductibile pentru compusii biologic activi. 
5) Evaluarea stabilitatii si biodisponibilitatii compusilor bioactivi in extractele si pudrele cu valoare adaugata obtinute si validarea tehnologiilor de incapsulare.
6) Dezvoltarea a cel putin doua tehnologii inovatoare de obtinere a unor produse alimentare cu valoare adaugata si patentarea lor.
7) Transfer de tehnologie in grupul operational.
