Kontext
Een Roundhouse is een dier- en milieuvriendelijk stalsysteem. Nog onvoldoende is onderzocht hoe de milieubelasting en bemestingsverliezen met dit systeemkunnen worden geminimaliseerd.
Objectives
● A Roundhouse barn with meadow floor has been developed as a 'regional farm' concept. In this way, cycles can be closed as much as possible in order to minimize environmental stress and fertilization losses.
● This has resulted in an animal-friendly, transparent and sustainable housing concept that is attractive to all stakeholders and that can reduce the gap between dairy farmer and society.
Objectives
● Een Roundhouse stal met weidevloer is als ‘streekboerderij’-concept ontwikkeld. Hiermee kunnen kringlopen zoveel mogelijk worden gesloten om zodoende milieubelasting en bemestingsverliezen te minimaliseren.
● Hiermee is een diervriendelijk, transparant en duurzaam huisvestingsconcept gerealiseerd, dat aantrekkelijk is voor alle stakeholders en waarmee de kloof tussen melkveehouder en samenleving kan worden verkleind.

● Together with a developer for stall systems, the innovative concept with a meadow floor will be developed.
● Broad communication takes place about the innovation.

● Over de innovatie wordt breed gecommuniceerd.
