Objectives
The Red PAC objectives are based on the first and second pillar objectives of the CAP Strategic Plan. Having that in mind, the Network has developed seven new themes that represent the structure of its activities and targets. The themes are:
- Resilience & Competitiveness
- Quality & Food Chain
- Rural Dynamisation
- Women
- Innovation
- Climate change & Natural resources management
- Biodiversity & Landscape
Membership
Who can join?
Red PAC is an open network without membership, assembly or an executive committee. It is therefore open to any of the stakeholders from the first and second pillar of the CAP who want to participate in our activities or propose new actions.
Regional representation
Red PAC has a team of nine Territorial Antennas ('Antenas Territoriales') that work throughout the Spanish territory in order to attend to all the demands of local stakeholders and involve the connection of the Network with the territory. Each Territorial Antenna represents one or several Autonomous Communities.
Governance
Red PAC is an open network and all rural organisations and stakeholders are invited to participate in the Spanish CAP Network activities and to propose new actions. In addition, the Red PAC establishes its own operational rules in its internal regulations and counts on the support of the coordination unit of the Spanish CAP network (Red PAC), which belongs to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
