Simplified Cost Options in LEADER/CLLD

This is the main report of the ENRD workshop on the use of Simplified Cost Options (SCOs) in LEADER. 

It features practical experiences and examples of the approaches to SCOs with a special focus on preparatory support (sub-Measure 19.1) and running costs & animation (sub-Measure 19.4). It includes the outcomes of a discussion among representatives of Managing Authorities and Paying Agencies on further applicability of SCOs in LEADER.
