Activities
Integrating Veterinarians and Farmers into the Project: Organize meetings with veterinary clinics to present activities (Philo-Cow-Sophical Café, "Farmers as Value Creators" training program, farmer-neighbor meetings). Form a project working group and share results with ACTES. Unite farmers in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté by launching the Philo-Cow-Sophical Café and developing the next phase of the "Farmers as Value Creators" program. Explore the involvement of consumer associations by organizing a meeting with urban neighbors, engaging with the Consommateur et Citoyen association, collaborating with an agricultural school or high school, forming a working group with consumers, and distributing an initial survey. Create communication materials for farmer-neighbor meetings (e.g., card games, murals). Model the service exchange platform by forming a working group of farmers and neighbors. Define tasks with the Livestock Institute for sharing or delegating responsibilities, focusing on benefits related to carbon, water, biodiversity, and nutrition. Establish a partnership with the MSA (Mutualité Sociale Agricole). Propose forming a farmer collective to promote collaboration.

Intégrer les vétérinaires et les éleveurs au projet : animer une réunion avec chaque cabinet vétérinaire pour proposer les actions (café philocowphique, programme de formation « Éleveurs créateurs de valeur », rencontre éleveurs et voisins). Constituer le groupe de travail pour le projet et partager les résultats avec ACTES. Fédérer les éleveurs de Bourgogne Franche Comté : création du café philocowphique + création de la suite du programme de formation « Eleveurs, créateurs de valeur ». Étudier l’intérêt d’intégrer une association de consommateurs au projet : animer une réunion avec un groupe de voisins citadins + échanger avec l’association Consommateur et Citoyen + échanger avec une école d’agriculture ou un lycée agricole + constituer un groupe de travail avec des consommateurs + créer et diffuser une première enquête auprès des consommateurs. Créer des supports de communication pour les rencontres éleveurs et voisins en réponse aux attentes sociétales (jeu de cartes, fresques). Constituer un groupe de travail d’éleveurs et de voisins pour modéliser la plateforme d’échange de services. Définir le travail avec l’Institut de l’élevage pour le séquençage des tâches à partager ou déléguer par des éleveurs à des personnes extérieures en bénéfices Carbone Eau Biodiversité et Nutrition. Créer un partenariat avec la MSA. Proposer aux éleveurs de constituer un collectif.

1 Practice Abstracts
Include veterinarians, FermInov, young farmers and technical advisers in the project. Federate the breeders of Bourgogne Franche Comté, in partnership with the veterinarians of the practices identified, by organising groups of breeders around training courses and/or Cafés Philocowphiques. Explore the value of including a consumer association in the project. Set up a working group of breeders and neighbours to model the platform for exchange of services. Form a collective. Create communication materials for meetings. Cooperate with the Idele to sequester tasks in animal husbandry in profits of Carbone, Water, Biodiversity, Sovereign Nutrition. Develop a digital application to connect livestock breeders and neighbours and then convert actions into “carbon”, “water”, “biodiversity”, “nutrition”. Deploy the project.
