Objectives
Set up a technical and economic follow-up of 3 to 6 farms in trotting trotting horse activity in order to understand the operation of the systems and the strategic choices of the farmers, to analyze the profitability, to identify the improvement tracks. Identify the resilience factors of the systems. Produce a technical and economic description of equine companies observed, identify the need for referencing, disseminate and valorize publications. The expected result would be the publication of a file describing the profitability of the farms observed, the margins, the strategy of the farm manager .

Mettre en place un suivi technico-économique de 3 à 6 fermes en activité trot de chevaux trotteurs afin de comprendre le fonctionnement des systèmes et les choix stratégiques des exploitants, analyser la rentabilité, identifier les pistes d'amélioration. Identifier les facteurs de résilience des systèmes. Produire une description technique et économique des entreprises équines observées, identifier les besoins en référencement, diffuser et valoriser des publications.Le résultat escompté serait la publication d’une fiche décrivant la rentabilité des exploitations observées, les marges, la stratégie du chef d’exploitation.

Identify the resilience factors of the systems. Produce a technical and economic description of equine companies observed, identify the need for SEO, disseminate and promote publications. At the end of the two years, the expected result would be the publication of a file describing the profitability of the farms observed, the margins, the strategy of the farm manager. Data communication to professionals and training centers.

Identifier les facteurs de résilience des systèmes. Produire une description technique et économique des entreprises équines observées, identifier les besoins en référencement, diffuser et valoriser des publications. A l’issue des deux années, le résultat escompté serait la publication d’une fiche décrivant la rentabilité des exploitations observées, les marges, la stratégie du chef d’exploitation. Communication des données vers les professionnels et les centres de formation.
