Context
Zuid-Holland kent verschillende agrarische bedrijfstakken: Veehouderij, Akkerbouw, Bollenteelt, Boomteelt en Fruitteelt. Dit biedt kansen voor het stimuleren van kringlooplandbouw op de bedrijven zelf, maar ook tussen de verschillende landbouwsectoren.
Objectives
Establish cooperation between agricultural sectors and partners in the food chain to try out sustainable innovations in practice and to close various cycles. And also to create financial added value for farmers and chain partners in the food chain. For the experiments we are looking for different crossover models between various agricultural sectors. It is important that the research question comes bottom-up and that there is cooperation in the chain and between the various agricultural sectors.
Objectives
Samenwerking tussen agrarische sektoren en partners in de Zuid-Hollandse voedselketen bewerkstelligen om duurzame innovaties in de praktijk uit te proberen en diverse kringlopen te sluiten. En bovendien financiële meerwaarde te creëren voor agrariërs en ketenpartners in de Zuid-Hollandse voedselketen. Voor de proeftuin gaan we op zoek naar verschillende cross-over modellen tussen diverse agrarische bedrijfstakken. Belangrijk daarbij is dat de vraagstelling van onderaf komt en er een samenwerking ontstaat in de keten en tussen de verschillende agrarische sektoren.
Activities
Six to eight best practices are selected on the basis of an inventory. This is further elaborated with entrepreneurs in the chain, whereby knowledge and experience gained is widely shared and a basis of knowledge is created about the fertile cycles in the broadest sense.
Activities
Aan de hand van een inventarisatie worden zes tot acht voorbeeldprojecten geselecteerd. Met ondernemers in de keten wordt hier verder uitwerking aan gegeven, waarbij opgedane kennis en ervaring breed wordt gedeeld en er een basis van kennis ontstaat over de vruchtbare kringlopen in de breedste zin.
