1 Practice Abstracts

The “Soilz Digital Crop Intelligence – driven by AI” project focuses on digitizing and automating agricultural businesses by providing insight into soil and crop data via the Soilz platform. In consultation with 10 farmers and two crop advisors, the next step is being taken to develop a comprehensive knowledge base and AI module to provide data-driven crop advice. This will enable farmers to better respond to the fertilization needs of crops, leading to improved plant resilience, balanced soil, and reduced use of fertilizers and crop protection products. This project contributes to more sustainable agriculture and supports farmers in their modern, digital business operations.

Het "Soilz Digital Crop Intelligence – driven by AI" project richt zich op het digitaliseren en automatiseren van landbouwbedrijven door bodem- en gewasdata inzichtelijk te maken via het Soilz platform. In samenspraak met 10 landbouwers en twee teeltadviseurs wordt een volgende stap genomen en een uitgebreide kennisbank en AI-module ontwikkeld om datagedreven teeltadviezen te bieden. Hiermee kunnen boeren beter inspelen op bemestingsbehoeften van gewassen, wat leidt tot verbeterde plantweerbaarheid, een gebalanceerde bodem en minder gebruik van meststoffen en gewasbeschermingsmiddelen. Dit project draagt bij aan duurzamere landbouw en ondersteund boeren bij hun moderne, digitale bedrijfsvoering.
