Objectives
-Obtaining biological material and culture media, based on wild crops -Selection of strains and repair of the primary inoculum, to obtain varieties that adapt to organic cultivation without chemicals -Cultivation: cultivars of varieties will be carried out in traditional and air-conditioned cultivation rooms, always in comparison with current control varieties, to assess yield, contamination

-Obtención de material biológico y medios de cultivo, tomando como base cultivos silvestres
-Selección de cepas y reparación del inóculo primario, para conseguir variedades que se adapten al cultivo ecológico sin químicos
-Cultivo: se realizarán cultivos de variedades, en salas de cultivo tradicional y climatizado, siempre en comparación con variedades testigo actuales, para valorar rendimiento, contaminaciones
Activities
Search for wild mushrooms adapted to the climate of the Manchuela region and achieve their adaptation to the composting of La Manchuela, both sterile and pasteurized. This implies the possibility of organic cultivation, prolonging the useful life of the substrates and obtaining varieties that are more resistant to competing fungi, bacteria and pests

Buscar hongos silvestres adaptados a la climatología de la comarca de la Manchuela y conseguir su adaptación al compostaje de la Manchuela, tanto estéril como pasteurizado. Esto implica la posibilidad del cultivo eclógico, la prolongación de la vida útil de los substrados y la obtención de variedades mas resistetnes a hongos competidores, bacterias y plagas
