Direct marketers in RLP face challenges such as limited growth prospects, remote locations, high production & personnel costs, a lack of marketing structures & increasing price pressure due to dependence on food retailers.
“DV_Store 4.0” explores how digital 24/7 Smart Stores can strengthen direct marketing in RLP through on site selection, product range, profitability & consumer acceptance. The aim is to bring regional products to urban centers & improve supply in rural areas.
The project supports farms in deciding whether & where Smart Stores are suitable for sales. It aims Europäische Innovationspartnerschaft Landwirtschaftliche Produktivität und Nachhaltigkeit (EIP-Agri) 3/5 to open new marketing channels through digitalization, increase visibility in rural & urban areas & secure income. It includes site & customer analysis, network building & marketing strategies. The results provide practical recommendations for agriculture, politics, and consulting.
Rheinland-pfälzische Direktvermarkter stehen vor Herausforderungen wie begrenzten Wachstums-perspektiven, marktfernen Lagen, hohen Produktions- und Personalkosten, fehlenden Vermarktungsstrukturen & steigendem Preisdruck durch Abhängigkeit vom LEH.
„DV_Store 4.0“ untersucht, wie digitale 24/7-Smart Stores die Direktvermarktung in RLP stärken können, mittels Standortwahl, Sortiment, Wirtschaftlichkeit & Verbraucherakzeptanz. Ziel ist, regionale Produkte in Ballungszentren zu bringen & die Versorgung ländlicher Räume zu verbessern.
Das Projekt unterstützt Betriebe bei der Entscheidung für Smart Stores & entwickelt wirtschaftliche Lösungen. Geplant sind Standortanalysen, Netzwerkaufbau, Marketingstrategien sowie Checklisten & Kalkulationshilfen. Ziel ist die Einkommenssicherung & langfristige Ausweitung des Netzwerks. Die Ergebnisse liefern praxisnahe Empfehlungen für Landwirtschaft, Politik und Beratung.
