Context

Voor het goed laten functioneren van de korte keten zijn volgens het samenwerkingsverband drie ondersteunende diensten van belang: 

  1. Een goed functionerende ‘marktplaats’, een ontmoeting van lokale vraag en aanbod 
  2. Een logistiek netwerk dat lokale producten op een efficiënte wijze van producent naar de marktplaats of de afnemer vervoert. 
  3. Een systematiek om van de korte keten ook een duurzame korte keten te maken.

Objectives

Professionalizing the sustainable short chain by developing and testing a qualified sustainable farmer-burger certification system PGS at 7 suppliers of Buurtmarkt Goed Volk from the Achterhoek. Whereby this system will be available for the short chain from 2023 and will be used in Local Food Works, the ordering system for the short chain.

Objectives

Professionaliseren van de duurzame korte keten door het ontwikkelen en testen van een gekwalificeerd duurzaam boer-burger-certificeringssysteem PGS bij 7 leveranciers van Buurtmarkt Goed Volk uit de Achterhoek. Waardoor dit systeem vanaf 2023 voor de korte keten beschikbaar is en gebruikt zal worden in Local Food Works, het bestelsysteem voor de korte keten.

Activities

The project will consist of two phases, each in turn consisting of different activities. 

  1. Preparation of project plan through Analysis of existing Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS) variants abroad, Formulation of project plan based on advice from national and regional sounding board group on suitable PGS variant for the Netherlands, Communication and Project Management.
  2. Implementation of the project through Research into a suitable PGS approach for Buurtmarkt Goed Volk, Elaboration of the tools for the use of PGS by Buurtmarkt Goed Volk and the CSA Network; Dissemination results PGS systematics in the Local Food Works platform

Activities

Het project zal uit twee fases bestaan, die ieder op hun beurt weer uit verschillende activiteiten bestaan. 

  1. Voorbereiding projectplan door Analyse van bestaande Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS) varianten in het buitenland, Formulering projectplan op basis van advies van landelijke en regionale klankbordgroep over geschikte PGS variant voor Nederland, Communicatie en Projectmanagement.
  2. Uitvoering van het project door Onderzoek naar een geschikte PGS-aanpak voor Buurtmarkt Goed Volk, Uitwerken van de instrumenten ten behoeve van het gebruik van PGS door Buurtmarkt Goed Volk en het CSA Netwerk; Verspreiden resultaten PGS systematiek in het Local Food Works platform
