Objectives

Perry, a Norman cider beverage, is experiencing renewed interest and consumption. In order to meet this challenge and to ensure a regular and sufficient volume of production, it is necessary to work on the production of pears. Traditionally assured by the high-stem orchards, an evolution towards the orchards specialized bass-rod has been carried out gradually. The project consists of defining a technical itinerary adapted to the specific characteristics of the pear tree in order to maintain the production of fruits intended for the production of perry.

Objectives

Le poiré, boisson cidricole normande, connait un regain d'intérêt et de consommation. Afin de répondre à cet enjeu et pour assurer un volume de production régulier et suffisant, il est nécessaire de travailler sur la production de poires. Traditionnellement assuré par les vergers haute-tige, une évolution vers les vergers spécialisé basse-tige s'est opéré progressivement. Le projet consiste à définir un itinéraire technique adapté aux spécificités du poirier basse-tige afin de maintenir la production de fruits destinés à la production de poiré.
