Zwammenkring regio Arnhem is de aanzet voor een netwerk van organisaties en mensen om gezamenlijk een succes te maken van paddenstoelen-op-reststromen.
Activities
A plan is being made to develop local production and consumption of oyster mushrooms and possibly other edible mushrooms. The short chain must become a model of the local circular economy. The initiators start discussions with potential partners who also value food products that are tasty, healthy, circular and inclusive. Topics on the agenda are: a strategy to get locally produced oyster mushrooms all year round, Logistics and distribution, Circularity and Return for the local inclusive economy
Activities
Er wordt een plan gemaakt om lokale productie én consumptie van oesterzwammen en eventueel andere eetbare paddenstoelen tot ontwikkeling te brengen. De korte keten moet een toonbeeld worden van lokale circulaire economie. De initiatiefnemers gaan in gesprek met potentiële partners die ook waarde hechten aan voedselproducten die lekker, gezond, van dichtbij en circulair en inclusief ge geproduceerd zijn. Onderwerpen die op de agenda staan zijn onder meer: een strategie om jaarrond lokaal geproduceerde oesterzwammen op het menu te krijgen, Logistiek en distributie, Circulariteit en Rendement voor de lokale inclusieve economie
