Protocolli per la coltivazione e gestione delle nuove tipologie varietali di fragola FC 12.25.01, actinidia Ac 459-11 e pero PremP009, sia in coltura biologica che integrata, in grado di ottimizzare gli aspetti tecnici della filiera e offrire ai diversi mercati un prodotto di elevato livello qualitativo (fascia premium).  
Dati e informazioni sull’accettazione al consumo e la propensione all’acquisto delle nuove varietà, permettendo alle OP Apofruit Italia, Orogel Fresco e ApoConerpo di pianificare gli investimenti produttivi e le azioni di sviluppo commerciale e promozionale.  
Servizio di supporto organizzativo ideato in una logica di filiera, secondo un percorso che parte dall’acquisizione dei diritti di coltivazione e sfruttamento commerciale delle nuove varietà e arriva fino alla definizione delle modalità di distribuzione, promozione e vendita del prodotto, passando dalla prenotazione, preparazione e distribuzione delle piante da coltivare. 
Grazie all’applicazione di questi risultati gli agricoltori potranno applicare i protocolli per la coltivazione e raccolta dei frutti che saranno in grado di garantire le migliori caratteristiche qualitative alla raccolta e dopo conservazione degli stessi. Inoltre, i risultati forniranno le indicazioni puntuali ai responsabili delle OP e ai loro uffici commerciali, sull’accettazione al consumo e la propensione all’acquisto delle nuove tipologie varietali. 

Market analysis to verify the acceptance for consumption of the new types of fruit on the market.
Data and information on acceptance for consumption and the propensity to purchase the new variety. The results of the analyzes on the polyphenol content, total antioxidant capacity and vitamin C provided further useful information for setting up promotional campaigns aimed at emphasizing the intrinsic health value of the new varietal types.

Implementation of an organizational support service for the member producer organizations of New Plant, conceived in a supply chain logic.
New Plant, in collaboration with selected nursery groups, has organized the production of plants with genetic and qualitative requirements compliant with the National and European Certification System. To this end, for each of the three new varieties, the primary source was deposited at the Centro Activity Vivaistica (CAV) of Faenza (RA), which will deal with the conservation of the Pre-basic category plants, analysis, control and production of basic category plants.

Protocols for the cultivation and management of the new varietal types.
The proposed project aimed to implement an organizational support service conceived in a supply chain logic, according to a path that starts from the acquisition of cultivation rights and commercial exploitation of the new fruit varieties and reaches the definition of the methods of distribution, promotion and sale of the product, passing from reservation, preparation and distribution of plants to grow.
Among the various agronomic aspects evaluated, particular importance was given to the adaptability of the new genotypes to integrated and organic cultivation and to the definition of harvesting indices (for each type of product tested) in order to be able to improve fruit management throughout the supply chain and guarantee their quality level, both at harvesting and after one or more periods of cold storage. 
Obtained results:
•    Protocols for the cultivation and management of the new varietal types of strawberry FC 12.25.01, kiwifruit Ac 459-11 and pear tree PremP009, both in organic and integrated cultivation, capable of optimizing the technical aspects of the supply chain and offering the various markets a high quality product (premium range).
•    Specific ripening parameters for fruit harvesting, so as to optimize their quality at harvest and, for actinidia Ac 459-11 and interspecific pear PremP009, even after one or more periods of shelf life both in normal refrigeration (RN) and in a controlled atmosphere (AC).

Evalution of the suitability of the new varietal typologies for IV range processing.
Qualitative (instrumental) and sensory analyses on fresh fruit (on a sample before fresh-cut processing) were carried out on the fruit obtained from the new varietal typologies, repeated on the fresh-cut packaged product, also following its shelf life up to 6 days, to judge the suitability of the new varietal typologies for this type of use.
The activities made it possible to evaluate the possibility of consuming the fruits of the new varietal types even in the form of minimally processed products, thus expanding the opportunities for commercial exploitation of the new varieties themselves, not only as a fresh product but also as a fresh-cut product.
