Objectives

The specific objective of the project is to develop techniques to optimize the degradation process of biodegradable cushioning polymers, accredited as biodegradable and compostable according to standards UNE-EN 13432 and UNE-EN 14995. To optimize the degradation speed under real conditions, coinciding with the end of the harvest of crops of short duration, improving the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises as well as compliance with principles of the circular economy

Objectives

El objetivo concreto del proyecto es desarrollar técnicas que permitan optimizar el proceso de degradación de los polímeros biodegradables de acolchado, acreditados como biodegradables y compostables según las normas UNE-EN 13432 y UNE-EN 14995. Optimizar la velocidad de degradación en condiciones reales, de forma coincidente con el fin de la cosecha de cultivos de corta duración, mejorando la competitividad de las empresas agrarias así como el cumplimento de principios de la economía circular
