Objectives
Three main objectives with the recovery of local co-products which are today waste, to participate in the development of methanation sector locally and in a sustainable way while taking into account the questions of societal acceptability and finally: to improve the efficiency of production methanizers. it's an innovative project combining human and living sciences which is of great interest to the Normandy vegetable sector at the economic, environmental and societal levels.
Objectives
Trois grands objectifs avec la valorisation des coproduits locaux qui sont aujourd'hui des déchets, participer au développement de la filière méthanisation localement et de façon durable tout en prenant en compte les questions d'acceptabilité sociétale et enfin: améliorer l'efficience de la production des méthaniseurs. C'est un projet innovant mêlant les sciences humaines et celles du vivant qui porte un intérêt fort pour la filière légumière normande tant au niveau économique, environnemental que sociétal.

1 Practice Abstracts
The results of this study will be intended primarily for farmers involved in vegetable production systems in Normandy. The objective is to make them aware of the interest of anaerobic digestion and understand how to implement it concretely by highlighting the agronomic, societal and circular aspects. Beyond farmers, we are also targeting local elected officials, project/mission managers from chambers of agriculture, Biomasse Normandie, and more generally the actors of the Métha’Normandie Plan. The objective is to reinforce the discourse on the importance of anaerobic digestion as a way forward for producing energy and food locally, and thus promote the development of anaerobic digestion in the Region. The large vegetable production areas of Val de Saire, the West Coast and Mont Saint Michel will be key areas for the implementation and development of the results of this project.
Les résultats de cette étude seront destinés en premier lieu aux agriculteurs impliqués dans les systèmes de production légumière en Normandie. L’objectif est de leur faire prendre conscience de l’intérêt de la méthanisation et comprendre comment la mettre en oeuvre concrètement en mettant en avant les aspects agronomiques, sociétaux et circulaires. Au-delà des agriculteurs, nous visons également les élus locaux, les chargés de projet/mission des chambres d’agriculture, Biomasse Normandie, et plus généralement les acteurs du Plan Métha’Normandie. L’objectif est de renforcer le discours sur l’importance de la méthanisation comme une voie d’avenir pour produire de l’énergie et de la nourriture localement, et ainsi favoriser le développement de la méthanisation en Région. Les grandes zones de productions maraîchères que sont le Val de Saire, la Côte Ouest et le Mont Saint Michel seront des zones clés pour la mise en place et le développement des résultats de ce projet.
