Objectives

The overal objective of the project is to contrubute to the sustainability of mixed agricultural production systems joining agriculture and farming animals by offering:

  1. elaborating innovative technological itineraries for local production of alimentary resources and animal fodder.
  2. To put in place an integrated approachof support advice in te management of parcels, in the management of fertilizing organic matter producted in the farm, in the management of animals foffer stock (conservation) and the couvrage of animals alimentary food needs (rationing), by favouring valorisation of natural resources in the farm and te reduction of nivel farm inputs

Objectives

L'objectif général du projet est de contribuer à la durabilité des systèmes de production agricole mixtes associant agriculture et élevage en proposant:

  1. d'élaborer des itinéraires techniques innovants pour la production locale de ressources alimentaires et fourragères,
  2. de mettre en place une démarche intégrée d'appui-conseil sur la gestion des parcelles, sur la gestion des matières organiques fertilisantes produites sur l'exploitation, sur la gestion des stocks fourragers (conservation) et la couverture des besoins alimentaires des animaux (rationnement), en privilégiant la valorisation des ressources naturelles de l'exploitation et la réduction des niveaux d'intrant. 

Activities

The project presents 5 actions.

  1. Coordination and scientific and technological animation between the different partners and  beneficiaries of the project.
  2. Information agricultural system.
  3. Evaluation of agronomic and environnemental impact of the experience on cultivated plots.
  4. Elaboration of innovative technoligical itineraries based on conservation agriculture for maintaining or restoring soil fertility.
  5. Tranfer actions, communication and educational background of technicians-supervisors. 

Activities

5 actions pour le projet:

  1. Coordination et animation scientifique et technique entre les différents partenaires et bénéficiaires du projet;
  2. Système d'information agricole.
  3. Evaluation de l'impact agronomique et environnemental de l'expérience sur des parcelles en exploitation.
  4. Elaboration d'intinéraires techniques innovants basés sur l'agriculture de conservation pour le maintien ou la restauration de la fertilité des sols.
  5. Actions de transfert, de communication et de formation des techniciens d'encadrements.

1 Practice Abstracts

The project will allow in the field of Research, the pubication of difrent types of documents: technical datasheets, reports, articles….In The area of relationship with the main actors, the intruduction of new farming practices and methods, the farmers, technicians and supervisors educational backgraoud, the experimantation of theses new methods in culivated parcels, their dissemination in farming areas. Economically, the project will allow the emplimentation of productions ( Milk, subsistence crops and market-gardning), to evaluate the part of bought agricultural inputs in the cost of production. On the Environment: the evolution of soils fertility . 

Le projet permettra dans le domaine de la Recherche, la publication de divers types de documents : fiches techniques, rapports, articles…). Dans la relation avec les principaux acteurs, la mise en place de nouvelles et bonnes pratiques agricoles, expérimentation des nouvelles pratiques sur des parcelles en production, la formation des agriculteurs et de techniciens d'encadrement, la diffusion des nouvelles pratiques dans les milieux agricoles. Economiquement, le projet permettra d'elever le niveau moyen de production (lait, cultures vivrières et maraîchères), évaluer la part des intrants achetés dans les coûts de production. Sur l'environnement: l'évolution de la fertilité des sols.
