1 Practice Abstracts
The main objective of this project is to implement precision agriculture and livestock techniques that allow a sustainable use of the agricultural and livestock resources of the area of La Sotonera and Pico de Gratal, so that, through the elaboration of unique innovative culinary creations with high added value, short distribution chains can be established to promote the marketing of km0 organic products from the Hoya de Huesca region, through an innovative staging that generates a unique and memorable shopping experience.
El presente proyecto tiene como principal objetivo implantar técnicas de agricultura y ganadería de precisión que permitan un aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos agroganaderos de la zona de La Sotonera y el Pico de Gratal, para que, a través de la elaboración de creaciones culinarias innovadoras únicas de elevado valor añadido, se puedan establecer cadenas cortas de distribución para potenciar la comercialización de productos ecológicos km0 de la Hoya de Huesca, a través de una innovadora puesta en escena que genere una experiencia de compra única y memorable.
