PLAN INTEGRAL DE ERRADICACION DE LA ALMENDRA AMARGA EN ESPAÑA
Objectives
The irrevocable goal of the project is the eradication of bitter almond from the marketing channels. In order to achieve this it is necessary:
A) Identification of almond trees in the field in order to carry out an action program such as elimination, new plants or booting.
B) Identification of bitter almonds in agro-industrial processing
C) To facilitate the authorities of the necessary tools to carry out the control and eradication policies of bitter almond.
D) Sensitization to farmers and inhabitants of rural areas for the good management of the almond.
Objectives
El objetivo irrenunciable del proyecto es la erradicación de la almendra amarga de los canales de comercialización.
Para lograr esto es necesario:
A) Identificación de almendros en campo para llevar a cabo programas de eliminación, nueva plantación o arranque.
B) Identificación de almendras amargas en el procesamiento agroindustrial
C) Facilitar a las autoridades las herramientas necesarias para llevar a cabo las políticas de control y erradicación de la almendra amarga.
D) Sensibilización a los agricultores y habitantes de las zonas rurales para la buena gestión de la almendra

El impacto más relevante del proyecto se producirá sobre la mejora de la competitividad de los productores, por un lado al permitir adaptar sus plantaciones a las demandas del mercado y, por otro lado, al permitir garantizar la almendra española como “libre de amargor”. Esta garantía estamos seguros de que incidirá en el mercado español, especialmente en los principios de campaña, donde los compradores prefieren, a igualdad de precio, abastecerse con almendra californiana que sí les ofrece 100% de seguridad. Todo ello a pesar de que se reconoce por parte del mercado que la almendra española es de mayor calidad organoléptica que la californiana.
El almendro es un cultivo de enorme importancia ambiental y social, ya que este cultivo es la base de la producción agraria, sin alternativa posible frente a la desertificación en muchas de las zonas donde se asienta. Es un cultivo básico para la fijación de población en estos territorios, que sin almendros se verían abocados al despoblamiento. Es un cultivo muy importante en la Red Natura 2000, que contribuye de forma notable a la conservación de estos entornos

conectividad y gps de nuestro movil son excelentes en campo.
