Objectives
The OG carried out a project aimed at creating a digital fruit and vegetable platform, a sort of "chain accelerator" capable of transmitting production-related innovations, to the market to the entire regional production system in order to ensure economic growth and structural of the primary production sector and of the whole related chain.

Il GOI ha realizzato un progetto volto a creare una Piattaforma digitale dell’ortofrutta, una sorta di “acceleratore di filiera” in grado di trasmettere le innovazioni relative alle produzioni, al mercato all’intero sistema produttivo regionale in modo da garantire una crescita economica e strutturale del comparto produttivo primario e di tutta la filiera correlata.

Project objectives:
The OG created a digital fruit and vegetable information platform, a sort of "chain accelerator" capable of transmitting production-related innovations, to the market to the entire regional production system in order to ensure economic growth and structural of the primary production sector and of the whole related chain.
Summary of the results:
Through the INFOCSO Project, the APP INFOCSO was released so to allow the application of the information identified to the entrepreneurial choices of the Emilia-Romagna fruit and vegetable producers.
Moreover, an LCA study was completed, to produce useful indications on the best technologies for environmental management, which when applied by the farmers, statistically allow to reduce the environmental weight of agronomic choices.

Obiettivi del progetto:
Il GOI ha realizzato un progetto volto a creare una Piattaforma digitale dell’ortofrutta, una sorta di “acceleratore di filiera” in grado di trasmettere le innovazioni relative alle produzioni, al mercato all’intero sistema produttivo regionale in modo da garantire una crescita economica e strutturale del comparto produttivo primario e di tutta la filiera correlata.
Riepilogo risultati ottenuti :
E' stata realizzata un’applicazione in grado di fornire informazioni di supporto alle scelte imprenditoriali dei produttori ortofrutticoli dell’Emilia Romagna.
Inoltre, il presente piano ha consentito la realizzazione di uno studio LCA che trasmette agli agricoltori indicazioni sulle migliori tecnologie per la gestione ambientale, le quali se applicate, statisticamente consentono di ridurre il peso ambientale delle scelte agronomiche.
