IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT, VALORIZATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF LIVESTOCK SUBPRODUCTS THROUGH INNOVATION
MEJORA DEL MANEJO, VALORIZACIÓN Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE SUBPRODUCTOS GANADEROS A TRAVÉS DE INNOVACIÓN
Objectives
The general objective of the project is to offer a viable solution from the technical and economic point of view to the farmers of the region of Los Pedroches for the management of by-products in intensive dairy cattle farms and their use in intensive crops under greenhouse in Almería through the execution of a pilot project in Dos Torres (Córdoba) and the study for its implementation throughout the Comarca de Los Pedroches.
The specific objectives are (1) to diminish the pollutants coming from livestock residues in soils and rivers; (2) find economically viable solutions for the farmer through the cooperation of different agents and the application of different techniques; (3) analyze the application of current treatments for the elimination of this problem and the use of livestock byproducts in the Comarca; (4) study the application of new treatment techniques to increase the value of the livestock by-product and its adaptation to the market for its use, (5) analyze qualities and markets of the final products for the commercialization of the product obtained; (6) elaborate a study with economic, strategic and logistic conclusions for its implementation in the District of Los Pedroches and (7) disseminate the results according to the principles of the EIP-Agri.
Objectives
El objetivo general del proyecto es ofrecer una solución viable desde el punto de vista técnico y económico a los ganaderos de la Comarca de Los Pedroches para la gestión de subproductos en las explotaciones intensivas de vacuno de leche y su aprovechamiento en cultivos intensivos bajo invernadero en Almería a través de la ejecución de un proyecto piloto en Dos Torres (Córdoba) y el estudio para su implantación en toda la Comarca de Los Pedroches.
Los objetivos específicos son (1) disminuir los contaminantes provenientes de residuos ganaderos en suelos y ríos; (2) encontrar soluciones económicamente viables para el ganadero a través de la cooperación de diferentes de agentes y la aplicación de diferentes técnicas; (3) analizar la aplicación de tratamientos actuales para la eliminación de esta problemática y el aprovechamiento subproductos ganaderos en la Comarca; (4) estudiar la aplicación de nuevas técnicas de tratamiento para incrementar el valor del subproducto ganadero y su adaptación al mercado para su aprovechamiento, (5) analizar calidades y
mercados de los productos finales para la comercialización del producto obtenido; (6) elaborar estudio con conclusiones económicas, estratégicas y logísticas para su implantación en la Comarca de Los Pedroches y (7) difundir los resultados conforme marcan los principios de la AEI.

TYPE, EXTENSION AND INTENSITY OF THE POTENTIAL IMPACTS ON THE
SECTOR / SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
Offer a viable solution from the technical and economic point of view to the farmers of the Comarca of Los Pedroches for the management of by-products in intensive vacuum farms and their use in intensive crops under greenhouse in Almeria through the execution of a project pilot in Dos Torres (Córdoba) and the study for its implementation in the entire Los Pedroches region.
1.-Reduce pollutants from livestock waste in soils and rivers to improve the environmental state of the environment where dairy farms are located, contributing to intensive livestock farming that is more respectful of the environment.
2.- When finding economically viable solutions for the farmer through the cooperation of different agents and the application of different techniques, improve both the management of the farm and the work of the farmer.

TIPO, EXTENSIÓN E INTENSIDAD DE LOS POTENCIALES IMPACTOS SOBRE EL SECTOR/ÁMBITO DEL PROYECTO
El proyecto busca la solución más rentable e innovadora basada en la combinación de varias alternativas para gestionar el estiércol producido en las explotaciones de vacuno de leche de la Comarca de Los Pedroches. Se utilizarán procesos innovadores tanto en el manejo como en la aplicación de técnicas usadas actualmente con otros subproductos y de técnicas novedosas para elaborar uno o varios nuevos productos para utilizar en
cultivos intensivos bajo invernadero en Almería tras su evaluación agronómica y económica
Se tiene por objeto introducir una serie de mejoras en el manejo, valorización y comercialización de subproductos ganaderos a través de innovación. Los suproductos ganaderos de vacuno de leche en intensivo están incluidos en Cap. 05.15 Del Anexo I del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea. Las actuaciones planteadas tienen por objeto mejorar la competitividad del sector agrícola y ganadero atendiendo a las demandas de la UE de modo que los beneficios obtenidos supondrán un impacto directo en el sector agrario y en el medio ambiente y un impacto indirecto en la población al gestionarse de manera eficiente los subproductos.
Los resultados esperados son los siguientes:
1.-Disminuir los contaminantes provenientes de residuos ganaderos en suelos y ríos para mejorar el estado ambiental del entorno donde se encuentran las explotaciones de vacuno de leche, contribuyendo a una ganadería intensiva más respetuosa con el medio ambiente.
2.- Al encontrar soluciones económicamente viables para el ganadero a través de la cooperación de diferentes de agentes y la aplicación de diferentes técnicas, mejorará tanto la gestión de la explotación como el trabajo del ganadero.
3.- La aplicación de tratamientos actuales para la eliminación de esta problemática y el aprovechamiento subproductos ganaderos en la Comarca lo que generará valor añadido del subproducto que repercuta en el ganadero y agricultor y en el tejido social asociado.
4.- El uso de nuevas técnicas de tratamiento para incrementar el valor del subproducto ganadero y su adaptación al mercado para su aprovechamiento, utilizando la innovación para mejorar un subproducto dándole valor económico.
5.- Al analizar las calidades y mercados de los productos finales para la comercialización del producto obtenido aseguras la comercialización de los nuevos productos.
6.- Se trata de ejecutar un proyecto piloto por lo que al elaborar un estudio con conclusiones económicas, estratégicas y logísticas para su implantación en la Comarca de Los Pedroches, puede ser implementado en Los Pedroches o en otra comarca ganadera.
7.- Al difundir los resultados conforme marcan los principios de la AEI, se va a conseguir la comunicación de resultados y se contribuirá al trasvase de experiencias con otros
