Identify Iberian pork by-products, evaluate their potential in different applications and develop technologies and protocols for their optimal and sustainable use according to their final destination.
Determination and selection of Iberian pork co-products and by-products with potential use for different purposes. Analysis of the main existing technologies and their application for each subproduct and purpose. Technical, economic and environmental feasibility study.
